As human resources currently doesn't have any standard fields to hold worker contract type, worker fte and worker hours we have created custom fields in the employment entity for this. However the only way you can date stamp these changes is to edit the employment dates which is incorrect - these are just internal changes to the employee record that you need logging such as a move from full time to part time rather than a new employment
