My customers are confused. Navision showed the unit price including their discount -> MSRP is $10, their discount is 50%, pricing is shown as $5 and the line total is discounted price x quantity.

BC does not do this. BC only shows MSRP as the Unit Price, but the line total is correct; discounted price x quantity. Customers keep coming back to me thinking they've been charged the wrong price.

Unit price including discount is how customers send their PO's in, so they expect the order confirmation and invoice to match.

I'm in the teething period moving from Navision to BC. :)
