New Dynamics Sales Pro instance with one extra language enabled consumes a lot of capacity in DB and FileStorage. capacity consumed with no business data = metadata is huge. eg. in DB LocalizedLabels ~ 310 MB, PluginAssembly ~ 270 MB, SystemForms ~ 200 MB. FileStorage - webresources ~ 860 MB.
Please give us an option, how to create an instance without these megabytes of (backward compatibility/new feature forms, huge dictionary of localized labels, web resources, etc.). Or please make possible to uninstall hidden managed solutions which customer do not want or need..

I have a customer with same issue.
They had enabled all languages and ended up consuming more than 17GB DB capacity in LocalizedLabels alone.
Removing the languages didn't free up the used capacity, which is now causing issues with capacity and limitations.
