The URL button on Email Templates should as a bare minimum be a pop up that you can select the words you wish to be the hyperlink, as well as the link itself. This can be similar to how the Ctrl+K function works currently on Internet Explorer. In addition to this, the URLs or hyperlinked text should be clickable once added, not only when the email has been sent. Ideal scenario's example: 1. I write the text, "Click Me" > highlight this > press the Insert URL button > pop up box containing the words to be hyperlinked and another entry box for the URL 2. press the Insert URL button > pop up box for Words to be Hyperlinked and another entry box for the URL If the Words to be Hyperlinked box is empty, the default text should be the URL.
