in the italian translation of the documentation they refer to service commitments as "impegni di assistenza" however on the software they are referred to as "subscription". (e.g. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/srb/masterdata/items). It is the same for every aspect related to this new addition.
I believe that in order to have a somewhat effective documentation you need at the very least to have the same naming system with the software.
