The Open in Excel button in the Matrix pages like Items by Location, Item Availability by is greyed out. This gives an impression to the Users that the Open in Excel can be enabled through setup or any add-in. But information from Matrix pages cannot be exported to excel in the current design.
The suggestion is to remove the Open in Excel button from such pages where it cannot be enabled.
