External Document number is not on the Posted Sales Shipment and Posted Sales Invoice page.
Usually customers will call asking if an order has shipped or other order related information and they will provide their Purchase Order number (external document no). The customer service agent searches for this and it works perfectly in the sales order list. However if the sales order is fully shipped and invoiced, they search the posted sales shipments as the sales order is removed when fully invoiced.
We need to have the field searchable on the Posted document pages.
