Current version of product uses terminologies which can turn out to be non-inclusive.
Example: Blind Closed status displayed on manage shifts view on POS. This can be considered as ableist language by some. It is suggested that such terminologies should be changed during enhancement of base product to provide better technology experience.

The label for a button grid tile that uses the Blind close shift operation can be customized to say whatever is most apprpriate. For better or for worse, the terms "blind close" and "blind closeout" are industry standard terms.

That said, I 100% agree with you that this type of terminology can be viewed as ableist or insensitive.
