When power apps environment has power apps portal and when it is copied via admin centre , the target environment doesn't have portal app. Hence we need to create a portal app via make.powerapps.com. This is fine. But when we have to automate via azure devops pipeline using the tasks from PowerPlatform Build Tools and PowerDevOps Tools.

After the pipeline is completed, we need to create portal via make.powerapps.com manually. It will be good idea to enhance copy environment to include portals
