Provide the ability to weight or adjust capacity for a specific case based on various attributes. In our example, cases can be placed on hold and the agent is not actively working on them. While they need to remain assigned to the user, they should not impact that individual's capacity. At the very least not to the same level as an active case. If we could adjust an agent's used capacity, we would be able to accommodate this scenario.
This is a must for companies organizing their logistics flow with picking raw materials for several Production Orders at the same time.In the short term, a fix should be done and the « Short pick » button should not be available on the mobile device menu when the « Group Pick »= yes on the Mobile device option. This would at least avoid the situation where some work lines are cancelled. This work line cancellation is leading to major issues in Logistics and Production flows… no work to move some raw materials and no stock on the Production location… On the middle term, an enhancement should be done to have the « short pick » functionnality working with « Group pick » option.
