Create Custom Entity Record on Marketing Form Submission

We're looking for the ability to create a record in a custom entity on submission of a marketing form. Currently, it only allows for the submission to update/create Leads and/or Contacts. Today our workaround is to set up our marketing forms to only create Leads, then through a workflow it disqualifies/deactivates the Lead and creates our custom entity record 'Web Inquiry'.
