Regarding this document Can't use sorting or sorting doesn't work correctly - Power Apps | Microsoft Learn, if the data is sorted (ordered) by more than one column, the data sorting is performed on the first sorted column (which is not necessarily the leftmost column) and then on the second column.

In this case, could you please consider or provide any workaround to sort based on the last selected column, not the first one? It's great to hear any your insight from you guys.
