Tiered Suggested Items

The suggested items window needs to open up again after a suggested item is added to the SOP Entry screen and an end user tabs off that line. Example: Item 1 is added and the suggested item window appears. End user selects a suggested item, but after tabbing off that line that was just added the suggested items window does open up for that particular item.
