If you go to any entity in the Customer Service Hub (UCI) an activity can be closed multiple times and does not show any status(closed/open) specific in the Timeline in Customer Service Hub. There should be status shown on the timeline about each activities. Note: I have seen multiple valuable Microsoft Customers has reported this issue and would like to take an action on this feature, as it doesn't exists so far in the CSH.

Not being able to see if an activity is closed and being able to mark it closed multiple times is very confusing to our end-user. Thanks for considering a fix for this.
