Some of the fields in the expense report are editable by approver (Project ID, Sales Tax etc..), but expense category is not, which in process makes sense as submitter should be the one to make a change, but in some cases this takes to much time. It would be great if there could be parameter which could control if this field can be changed by approver or not.
