The purpose of this request is to reduce manual work as well as scale operations for large customers.

When a rule is written, customers can write a description (takes significant time if a PSP is setting up several merchants, all with a large number of rules). If a description is not written, DFP automatically generates one (for example, "Clause 3KV9"). In the Rules Analyst report, "Clause 3KV9" doesn't make sense and the customer has to go hunt down what the rule is. This request is for DFP to automatically generate both an identifier number (such as "Clause 3KV9") as well as an understandable description of the rule.
