Classic view:
- When user bulk edits many records, the bulk edit form would be the most recent form that user opened

Unified View:
- When user bulk edits many records, the bulk edit form only shows the default.
- This is an issue because we have the ability to give form access based on security role, so if user doesn't have access to that form, the user essentially cannot use the bulk edit feature.

Not sure why it was removed so it was working on classic view
