during the generation process form a word template the content which is formatted in the crm richt text control is lost. It would be great if this format could be transferred to the Word file.
Additionally the font shall be superseded by the font defined in the word template to fit users CD/CI.

We are impacted as word template do not support rich text format captured by native D365 rich text control. I hope this small enhancement will be picked up product team at the earliest.
