Hi,
Currently, PowerBI dashboards are only available as user dashboards in CRM, require a PowerBI Pro license to view and the dashboard name cannot be changed in CRM.

Please let Dynamics 365 administrators have the option to create a system PowerBI dashboard with a custom name for all users.
