We have a so called "Feature limitation" in the system which causes a wrong work orders to be showed to the user, if "All work orders" is opened with certain Saved views.

For example if user has filtered work orders to a certain worker and proceeds to open one of those work orders to view details from the work order. The user proceeds to take that work order from his college to him self by dispatching it again (Dispatch function), that work orders disappears from the users screen, and straight up open a new work order from that saved view which we opened at the first place.

In this case there is a huge possibility that user end up work with the wrong work order since it is not the same work order he opened up, and there in not any notification that would tell to a user that work order has been replaced in the screen. Worst case scenario if wrong work order is completed without correct actions made to a asset, it could cause huge amount of damage to a end user/owner of a assets.

Can you please make a change to a saved views, that it forget a link to a view where that work order has been opened, when user is viewing details from a work order? In my opinion it should work like that in every table:

  1. User open "all work order" with some filters made in some columns
  2. User proceed to open a work order from this view -> At this moment it shouldn't care anymore from what view that work order was opened from.

With this kind of act it would not change that work order from the users screen, no matter what action user proceed to make to a work order.
