Business Central Projects currently include Planning, Quote, Open, and Completed statuses. This makes it difficult to distinguish between projects that were successfully delivered and those that never progressed beyond the planning or quotation stage.

Adding a Lost or Unsuccessful status would improve business reporting, provide better visibility of project win rates, and prevent projects that were never undertaken from being marked as Completed. It would enable more accurate analysis of pre-sales and project performance.
