Make the Config. Package Records screen (used to fix any import errors) ignore the "remove all records from table before processing" setting in the Rapid Start Configuration Package Card.

I've just accidentally removed a many many hour import with 25.000 records because of a few errors I tried to fix, which resulted in a no warning deletion of all succesfully imported records because of this functionality. It makes no sense that people want to delete all records from that Config. Package Records screen to fix errors. They will only end up in that screen after an import to solve any issues, and will never want to delete the records that did import correctly to be auto-deleted (without any warning messages even).

That setting only makes sense to be applied on the initial import, so pretty please remove that functionality from the error fixing screen to prevent people experiencing the same frustrations as me in the future.

At the very least add a "Are you VERY sure, you are about to delete ALL records in the table?" message (twice) when you click the "Apply Data" menu option in the Config. Package Records screen.

I relay on the delete all records function. Do NOT remove it. However, a warning message is a great idea!
