Logic Expressions - Extension of 'if' condition to allow 'else'

We would require the ability to have 'else' statements on the if conditions to make Inspections more Dynamic.

Customer Voice has this great Branching logic, with Inspections this is very limited. Need to incorporate the branching logic from Customer Voice
