  1. For Ask A Question to use CRM Knowledge Articles & SharePoint documents, it requires the knowledge source configuration Copilot Studio option
  2. Customer Knowledge Management Agent requires knowledge base articles only. It cannot have Copilot Studio selected as the ask a question knowledge source.

  

Therefore, Ask A Question cannot have Sharepoint articles if the Knowledge Management Agent is in use.

This impacted our environment. The conflict prevents us from implementing the new Customer Knowledge Management Agent without sacrificing the SharePoint articles functionality in Copilot Chat's Ask A Question feature. We're looking for a resolution that enables us to deploy the new agent while preserving our existing SharePoint knowledge source capabilities.
