Currently, in a directed put away and pick warehouse, it is not possible to use the movement worksheet or warehouse reclass journal to move inventory to a RECEIVE bin.

There is validation on the BIN CODE field that checks the bin type, and prevents this.

However, in the scenario where stock has been accidentally received, then accidentally put away, the only way to undo the receipt is to move the inventory back to the RECEIVE bin.

So currently it's not possible to do this; but this is a perfectly reasonable scenario.

Warehouse movements and warehouse reclass journals should not limit where inventory can be moved. These types of documents are used to instruct a movement or register a movement following a human decision. So it doesn't feel logical to put any limitations.

It's logical to limit in which bin types picking and putting away can be performed, but it doesn't make sense to limit in which bin a manual movement, which comes from a human decision, can be done.
