OANDA is a default exchange rate provider which can only be used once and only imports V1 rates.

However, some countries need to import some exchange rates based on the local bank/customs rate. Therefore a global company may need to import exchange rates into multiple exchange rate types.

An exchange rate provider needs to be created for OANDA where the url for the website can be entered and the key for the password. The OANDA exchange rate provider needs to be available for creation multiple times so that the import can be run for a specific exchange rate type, using a specific url and the V2 functionality provided by OANDA.
