Utilizing the external call functionality for Dynamics 365 Fraud Protection only allows for AAD and anonymous auth.
Many external services that provide public/private REST APIs require some sort of basic auth/digest auth or require certificates to access and query for results.
Ex.
TeleSign Phone API's - https://enterprise.telesign.com/api-reference/authentication#basic-authentication
Twilio API's -https://www.twilio.com/docs/sms/api#sms-api-authentication
DomainTools - https://www.domaintools.com/resources/api-documentation/authentication/
It would be great to minimally support basic and digest auth for external api calls in DFP and open up support for many 3rd party API integrations.
