Hey Guys,

as per documentation (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-insights/journeys/brand-profiles-email#updating-brand-profiles-in-emails) it is not Possible to Update the Brandprofile data in Existing Emails.


When you change your data in the brand profile this update won't apply in the related Emails. Beside doing this via customizing there is no automatic way to achieve this.


Please enable CIJ to do this maybe via Button Click...

Here is a workaround until this can be automated: In the list view for Emails, add column "Brand profile" column to the view and then filter it to the brand profile being updated. This way you will get a list of all emails that are using that brand profile so you can update them manually.

Hello Sven,thank you for initiative.This is a real must have for brand profiles as it enables the marketer to change settings via the profile without editing multiple emails.THX
