The consistency of creating hyperlinks within an email is non-existent. Sometimes you get a blue underline, sometimes you get a purple underline, sometimes all the text turns blue, and sometimes all the text turns purple. And then when I manually go in and make hyperlinked text AND underline ONE color, once I place the actual hyperlink it turns it either purple or blue. It's extremely frustrating and a waste of time.
