In Dynamics 365 Sales, it is currently not possible to add conditions when using the "Does not contain data" operator on a related entity. This limitation prevents users from building advanced queries.

For example, I want to identify accounts:

• That own a machine purchased more than 5 years ago
• And that do not own a machine purchased within the last 5 years

This type of query is essential to:

• Detect customers who may be ready for renewal
• Launch targeted marketing campaigns
• Prioritize commercial follow-up actions

Currently, this logic cannot be built using standard filters, forcing users to rely on customizations or data exports.
