CSP customers are currently not able to take advantage of the Emissions Impact Dashboard for Azure and CSP partners are currently not equipped to provide the figures to the end customers.
This is hindering customers in their reporting requirements and partners are left without a solution to provide.

The issue we are facing is not for Direct CSP partners but for Indirect CSP which makes up a large amount of SMC and SMB customers. For Indirect CSP Partners, the API does not resolve the issue.

This solution does not currently work in the indirect segment and need to be addressed for the EID to be more relevant for CSP customers and partners.
