In UCI, on lookup field when type the value, it filters lookup and when you tab out, the control moves to the value or lookup icon but does not go to next field on the form unless you mouse click on the value. It would be great to have experience like classic web form, where you can type the partial value in lookup field and tab out, which is resolving the value or showing the conflicts matching with value. Business users works more faster and efficient using the keyboards than they have switch back and forth on keyboard and mouse, where volume of the work is very high. The purpose of the UCI made for giving the good experience to the user, but if it add the number of clicks, it take more time for user to fill the same form.
