This is specific to the sales workflow approvals. I've set up the workflow so that an invoice entered by USER A has to be approved by USER B, then by USER C, and then it can be posted. This approval routing list could be longer, and maybe USER F is the last to approve. At that point the invoice is approved and ready to post. After the final approval, I'd like the person who created the invoice, USER A, to receive a notification that the approvals are all complete so they know they can continue processing the invoice. As of now, the system only allows you to designate a specific user ID as the user who will receive these notifications, regardless of who created the invoice. It would be nice to have the option to select "Original Requester" or something so that whoever creates the invoices is the person who receives the notification once it's gone completely through the workflow approval process.

This is exactly what my organisation is looking for! I work for Blind & Low Vision NZ and one of the key things we need for our blind and vision impaired staff is to make Business Central more accessible.
We've collected feedback from our 80+ users and they've all said one of the biggest frustrations about moving to Business Central is that they don't know when their purchase order has been approved, unless they go into the system and look for it. For a lot of our users, this is all they do - they raise purchase orders and then submit them for approval and once approved, they'll update update information when the invoice comes in and receive the goods/services so that the finance team can process (post) the invoice and arrange for it to be paid.
For our users in particular, it would be great to receive email notification. Many of them are surprised that this is not a standard feature.
