Once you uncheck a series of tables from the data export service, there should be a button that appears and provides the option to automatically drop the entities and relationship tables in SQL and rebuild them. Currently, administrators must uncheck the entities, go to SQL and manually drop the entities and relationship tables, and then go back into CRM to rebuild all of them. It would be nice if the system could do the heavy lifting on this process since it already has a connection with the SQL database.
