Planning Optimization currently ignores the old bottleneck time fence concept and uses the same finite capacity time fence for all resources.

For customers with constrained, multi‑stage production, bottleneck work centers must be planned over a longer horizon than normal resources. Today, customers must choose between:

  • A short time fence → good performance but missed bottleneck capacity issues, or
  • A long time fence → correct bottleneck horizon but poor overall performance.

Please add support for a bottleneck‑specific time fence (or similar) in Planning Optimization so that bottleneck resources can be planned further ahead without impacting performance for all resources.
