TEST1:
1) User 1: user1@thinkmax.com
Default view/edit mode configuration is: Auto
Test in [RSAT training] Receive PO is: Failed

TEST:2
2) User 2: user2@thinkmax.com
Default view/edit mode configuration is: Edit
Test in [RSAT training] Receive PO is: Passed.

The test was failing because RSAT didn’t open the form in the EDIT mode (as task guide was recorded). The user’s preference for user1@thinkmax.com user is AUTO. If I run the test again with user2@thinkmax.com user (user setting open in EDIT mode), my test is success.

MS support is proposing to run a SQL query to set all user with the EDIT mode configuration. However, MS is claiming that RSAT tool is a functional tool and that no developer is needed to run the application. It will be nice to have a button that offer the possibility to ignore user personalization while running the test. At least, we should be aware that the user personalization will be taken into account while running our test in the standard MS documentation.
