"Tax Information" Factbox in Recurring Journal in Indian localization

In Recurring Journal the "TDS Section Code" is not a lookup and doesn't show the TDS section which is defined in the respective Vendor allowed section and also there is no "Tax Information" fact box. Please add both just like in "Bank Payment Voucher".
