SUTD is currently manually update CRM365(https://sutd.crm5.dynamics.com/) contact's web authentication object ID from SUTD Azure AD, so user can be activated and sign into https://sutdcrm.microsoftcrmportals.com/
Microsoft Support have provided only solution is that contacts will have to redeem or register as new user account to access Microsoft CRM Portals.
We are looking for automated process without any manual input to copy from Azure AD to CRM365.
All these 3 products are microsoft products, it is a shame that there are no option to automate such process.
