Wish there is an option to easily activate item barcode lookup at point of scanning and entering into the POS sales order within a period range, date of the week and/or time, based on item content or item name (e.g. alcohol containment, radioactive, hazard, chemicals, negotiation in progress..., )
Not featuring item bar code lookup activation within period, date or time range, user might potentially not have sense of awareness, sense of notification, or sense of potential advanced planning events due to item based potential content of hazard or public safeties.

Thank you for your idea. I'm having a hard time understanding the business case for this feature. That said, we're not currently making these kinds of investments into our core product, and are asking solution integrators to add such one-off functionality as customizations. Thank you.
