Make BOM Comparison Report available as standard to all localisations

We need a report in D365 F&O that will compare two or more BOMs.

It appears that D365 China localisation allows this via a BOM comparison Page as per the link below.

This is a perfect report for many engineering companies and should be made available as a standard across all localisations.
