When assigning security roles that include specific administrative privileges to users, having a function to add comments or notes explaining why that role was assigned would allow administrators to determine if the role was assigned as intended.


With the current functionality, it's difficult to share information internally about why a particular security role was assigned, making it challenging to manage and prevent unintended roles from being assigned.


From an administrator's perspective, this is a very useful feature, and we hope it will be implemented in future enhancements.
