It would be nice to have the option to visually identify those sales orders that may need assistance by an alternative team member before sales order has been completed. Not visually identifying those sales orders that may not be a 100% completed, due to team member assistance maybe needed, users may not easily inquiry, or report on these sales orders. By not having these feature, users may not visually identify and may not immediately provide assistance support to the originated team member user. Having this feature, may potentially save time while inquiring, may immediately trigger assistance from other team members by a reason code (s) per item line and/or per sales order header in general.
