Last weekend, several new users were added by Microsoft to enable integrations processes. When I signed into Dynamics Monday morning, these new users immediately raised a red flag and concerns of a possible hack. I opened a support ticket and was given confirmation that this was something Microsoft had done. This was outlined in https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/system-application-users.

When Microsoft performs these processes, perhaps an email notification to admins advising what will happen and when could be sent out? Surprises like this always raise a red flag and if we knew up front before the update took place, everyone would rest easier.
