Currently adding in Keywords for Conversation Intelligence only performs individual word matching. Even if you add in a whole phrase, only single words from that phrase are matched.

Could we have the addition of phrase level matching so we could put multi word keywords in and the match is on that phrase and not just individual words.

E.g

"how are you" - currently will look for each individual word rather than only the whole phrase, ideally matches should only be on the whole phrase
