Job Journal Preview Posting

Today we have the ability to use a Test Report for the job journal that doesn't provide as clear of detail as Preview Posting. Preview posting here will be very useful for both production and testing.

All journals should have Preview Posting. This one could use some attention to conform to the standards in the rest of the system.Thanks
