There are scenarios where we need to make outbound calls from the commerce scale unit to services that require a whitelist IP. Currently, the suggestion from the Product team is to whitelist the entire Azure data center region. The request is to scope or limit the outbound IP addresses used by the commerce scale unit so that we can provide the limited range to 3rd party providers.
