Issue:
When removing the "Company Address" placeholder from the email body in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys, a warning message appears stating "Companyaddress placeholder is missing in Email Body."
Cause (Post investigation by MS support engineer):
It was determined that this warning message is triggered when the Compliance Profile "Purpose" is set to "Commercial" and the "Company Address" placeholder is not present in the email. This is by design to ensure compliance with commercial email requirements.
Request for resolution:
As per the business, for emails with the "Purpose" set to "Commercial.", we need to set Companyaddress from Brand Profile. Since, currently there is no supported way to hide or customize this warning message for emails, request to provide fix to remove the warning message which may mislead or create confusion with users.
Note: This issue doesn’t occur when emails with the "Purpose" set to "Transactional".

Comments
Can the messaging be reformulated that it is not confusing the users, like "in case you haven't, make sure the Companyaddress placeholder is set in Email Body".As it seems the statement "Companyaddress placeholder is missing in Email Body." comes up even though it was set in the Brand Profile (not Compliance Profile).

This is a valid warning to ensure customers stay compliant with applicable regulatory requirements as commercial messages need to include company address and unsubscribe links. Company address and preference center links come from compliance profile set for the message.
