When setting up the CRM connector a number of customers were populated into Financials. There are ways to export/import those records and change them, but no way to delete the records.

Thank you for your feedback. We need some more details to understand your suggestion better. Seem like one of the items in our product backlog matches what you are describing here (186718). Can you please help us by answering the following questions?
Are you saying that synchronization between Financials and CRM does not take deletion of the customer or account in either system into account?
