Event Registration forms to not overwrite Contacts data (First and Last Name) on submit.

Dear Microsoft Team


Current situation:

When Contacts submit a registration form his/her First Name and Last Name are updated in Dataverse every time.


We suggests:

  1. An option to be provided for the Event administrators to decide if they want the Contact data to be overwritten with the submitted values from the Event Portal.
  2. The First and Last Name remain on Event Registration level without overwriting it in the Contact.
