When customers are using Shopify POS with multiple locations the single default return location on the Shopify Shop setup is not sufficient. While a high percentage of returns will be returned to the store of purchase, even then the store will often want to put returned items in a QC type location for review prior to restocking. For this reason, we request to put the Default Return Location at the Location level instead of the Shop setup level.
